〈UIQ〉より、rkssの最新アルバム『DJ Tools』が2018年8月31日にリリースされる。

rkssは、ロンドンを拠点とするアーティスト。これまで、〈Alien Jams〉、〈Conditiona〉などから作品をリリースしている。本作は、市販されているサンプルパック『EDM Kicks Vol 1』を素材として制作されているという。

また、〈UIQ〉を主宰するLee Gambleは、レーベル〈UIQ〉の活動再開を発表。本作『DJ Tools』は、その第一弾の作品となっており、続いて、Nkisi、ZULI、HXEによる作品のリリースがアナウンスされている。
