Beach Houseの新作『B-Sides and Rarities』が2017年6月30日にリリースされる。同作より、未発表曲「Chariot」が公開された。

アルバムには、2015年の2作のアルバム 『Depression Cherry』と『Thank Your Lucky Stars』と同時期に制作された未発表曲「Chariot」と「Baseball Diamond」が収録。そのほか、2005年の夏、結成当時にレコーディングされた「Rain in Numbers」、2008年にレコーディングされた「Used to Be (2008 Single Version)」など、全14曲が収録される。
