Nicole Dollangangerは、トロントを拠点とするアーティスト。Grimesのレーベル〈Eerie Organization〉より、2015年にアルバム『Natural Born Losers』をリリースしている。Nicole Dollangangerは自身のツイッターで、Matt Tomasiと共同制作を行ったという本作について、次作のアルバムの方向性を示唆するものではなく、いつも通りの奇妙な（oddball）トラックであり、ただ楽しんでほしいとコメントしている。
