AKTRの新作『suburbanfunkessentials』が、2017年4月21日にリリースされる。

AKTRは、横浜出身のビートメイカー。昨年9月には、Tajima Halとのコラボレーションによる『Hermit City Dwellers』をカセットにてリリースしている。

全12曲を収録した本作は、repeat patternとTA-KUによるレーベル〈BRRWD〉からのリリースとなっており、デジタル、また10インチにてリリースされる。
